Project Innovation at Jos van den Bersselaar constructies B.V.

This project is created in collaboration with Jos van den Bersselaar constructies B.V and Avans University of Applied Sciences. The goal of the project was to do research on internal optimizations and external optimizations regarding economics and innovation at a production company. For this project we worked in a small team consisting of five industrial engineering students to gather as much data as possible surrounding process and innovation optimizations.
