At eSignus I was responsible for the development of a charger that could charge the HASHWallet. The HASHWallet is a hardware Wallet that eSignus develops. With this device, you can securely store your crypto assets and send/approve transactions via the HOLa application. For the assignment I developed two different chargers, one would be produced with the selective laser sintering (SLS) method for smaller production batches and the second version can be produced by injection moulding for mass production. For the assignment, I wrote a research paper, made two designs in CAD software, tested the designs by making multiple prototypes with the (M)SLA printer, and validated the designs by checking the requirements and testing the different parts of the charger with simulation software.
