Production logistics | group assignment

This project was a group assignment from Avans University of Applied Sciences. The main goal was to design a factory from the ground up. We have used the DMADV methodology to design the factory (Define, Measure, Analyse, Design and Verify).  Throughout these phases, we have used Excel for all the calculations and for verifying the outcomes we have used Enterprise Dynamics to simulate the factory.
