During my internship at ASML, I focused on increasing the automation percentage (no-touch rate) in the order fulfillment process. This involved analyzing quantitative data and gathering qualitative data from end-users. Ultimately, I developed an interactive PowerBI dashboard to visualize root causes and outliers across different categories, including quantifying the FTE impact and automation percentage per selection. This tool was then used to build improvement proposals to increase the no-touch rate and to validate the proposals.
